This monitor has a hidden secret feature. It not only has a built in USB hub, but it has TWO USB upstream ports, and 4 video inputs. So you can connect two different computers to it (e.g., 1 for work, 1 for home/play) and when you switch inputs between the two corresponding video inputs, it automatically switches the USB hub over to the other computer, so you can use the same set of peripherals (keyboard, mouse, webcam) for both computers! Keeps the desk very clean. Love it.

This is the best piece of technology I own. For productivity purposes, this monitor is awesome. The 3440x1440p resolution means that I can have three windows opened side by side (IDE, Browser + Debugger) which is awesome. The colours are sharp, the bezel is quite thin, and the slight curve to the monitor adds a great finishing touch. There is a back light bleed, however, I do not find it bothers me as I only notice it when I specifically look for it.

Love the size the monitor - definitely not optimized for gaming but does well enough. I am intending to get the Asus 4k 144 hz monitor when it comes out - definitely should actually give my GPUs a challenge

The price vs features is the best for me. It looks and works great. The PIP is great to have for the mac on the desk too. The only thing this is missing over the Acer Predator X34 is the 60 Hz vs the Predator 144 Hz but it's $450 less.

Pros - 3440x1440 Ultrawide is awesome, looks great - PIP - The USB ports are great and provide enough power to an iPad!!! The mobo can't do this.

Cons - 60 Hz though I've hear it can be overclocked to 80 I haven't tried yet.

"Cheapest" of the 34' 1440p monitors with a curve. Not only a dream to play on (if your hardware can drive it) but also great for media consumption and productivity!

See /r/ultrawidemasterrace for reference. I'm a big fan of this monitor. I love that it is color calibrated at the factory simply because I do a fair amount of digital photography. For gaming, it brings an immersive quality that's hard to explain without experiencing it for yourself.

Sweet. Does have some light bleed though, in darker rooms (slightly blue in one corner, while the opposite side is slightly orange).

3440x1440 is massive. After a week I tried my other 27" 1440 144hz monitor and I couldn't. This massive display draws you in when your gaming at that resolution. I was able to overclock this to 75hz so that was a plus and the base on this monitor is sturdy and adjustable. Not the best for FPS games. I'll take that trade off.

Amazing screen, accurate factory calibrated SRGB color right out of the box guaranteed by Dell. Also works pretty well for light gaming- no screen tearing or other artifacts noted, so the response time must be pretty good.

Update1: This monitor is fantastic for photo editing and surprisingly great for gaming as well. Maybe my old eyes can't tell the difference, but even limited to 60Hz games look absolutely terrific. And color accuracy is great right out of the box.

Cons: power button difficult to hit when standing above the monitor (no physical button or delimitation)
